Kris has been the Head Tennis Pro to Indian Trails Club for the past 9 years. Prior to this, she was the Head Pro for The Mardy Fish Foundation.

Kris started playing tennis at the age of 7 at Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes, NJ. A year later she started playing competitively in tournaments and teams in both New Jersey and Virginia. The competitive playing continued through her high school career where she played on an undefeated, state champion team, playing both singles and doubles. Kris received a tennis scholarship to Northeastern University in Boston but after several more years she put her rackets down. After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1991 and extensive travel, Kris began her tennis teaching career in Richmond, Va. She also acquired her USPTA and USPTR certifications.

It was after Kris met and started working for her mentor, Mike Rahaley, that she really flourished in the tennis field. "Mike taught me everything I needed to know about teaching, and he made me the teaching pro I am today.”

Kris worked for Mike at Grand Harbor in Vero Beach, FL. and The Little Harbor Club in Harbor Springs, MI where she was his head pro as well. Ultimately, she worked with him when he was running Indian Trails Club until he eventually passed the reins on to her.

Kris has worked at several tennis clubs in Vero Beach but found her home here at Indian Trails Club, where she has been able to coach some ladies' teams to be winners and finalists in the league.

Kris is a proud mother of two amazing children, Charlotte and Victor, who are terrific tennis players in their own right. Outside of tennis Kris enjoys hanging out with her animals and relaxing by any body of water.
